Hello, Gorgeous! You would not believe how difficult it was to narrow this set down for this sneak peek! I probably could have wrapped up the shoot after our first location and had plenty of AH-mazing images for this gallery! Not only is Brooke (clearly) gorgeous, she is golden on the inside as well and does a ton of volunteer work for Autism Speaks where her mom is the Walk Manager! If you follow my blog at all, you know how near and dear this cause is to our hearts! It was such a pleasure working with Brooke on this chilly evening and I truly hope my own daughter grows up with a heart like this senior… and, of course, the looks would be an added bonus! :)

Matt Reinholz | Senior Model

We are super excited to introduce one of our senior models for the 2011-2012 school year, Matt Reinholz! Matt’s big bro Brian had his pictures done last fall with us, and we could not be more thrilled to shoot another Reinholz brother! We headed out during the wee hours (read: before 8am) of the morning to meet up with Matt, his mom, and his AH-dorable girlfriend Kelsey (hope I spelled that correctly) for his session and the weather could not have been more enjoyable… especially for August! Lucky for me, all of the Reinholz boys seem to be uber photogenic, so not only was the session a breeze, but we got tons of great pics! I don’t know how mom is ever going to decide!!! Deanna | High School Senior

I had the immense pleasure of hanging out with Deanna, her mom, and Heather this afternoon to grab some fab senior pics, work on lighting, and get back into the swing of being ridiculously busy once again! Seriously… could she be ANY more beautiful! AND she had personality to match, which is quite the find! Not an inkling of teen ‘tude going on here! She was utterly amazing as was her mom – so thank you for hauling yourselves out to the middle of nowhere to hang with us!

I had the pleasure of photographing Brian, a senior this year at Gibault High School in Waterloo. We got some great pictures and the weather could not have been better… which is SO greatly appreciated as a photographer who continuously finds herself a slave to the elements! We visited Busch Stadium, then headed to a very questionable White Castle (free parking so we could shoot at a nearby piling!), and then headed over to Soulard. Brian was up for anything I asked him to do… which quite frankly makes my job the easiest in the world! Thanks “R” family for being SO much fun to work with!

One of my absolute favorite sessions are senior sessions – or graduate sessions as this so happens to be! Oh to be cute and 18 again… even in the blistering heat and humidity of the St. Louis summer! We got out this morning and had to take many air conditioned breaks between shots in order to make it through the day. Regardless, “S” did a great job of looking beau-tiful despite the sweltering weather!

Oh to be 17 again! Â We headed down to Soulard for a super hip, happening (these terms aren’t cool anymore, are they?), and VERY cold Senior session! Â This is, by far, my absolute favorite location to shoot, even in the bitter cold! Â I love these pictures and he did an awesome job despite having to stand in the cold for a few hours in little more than a thermal shirt!
